Residence Club Amenities

Club Lounge, Activities Room, Media Center
Please feel free to utilize the common spaces during your stay between the hours of 8am and 10pm. Reserving the Media Center is possible using the sign-up book located in the Owners Lounge. If you have questions regarding usage of the Media Center please contact the club office. We strive to keep these spaces in top condition and do ask that you respect the next owner’s usage and remove all of your personal items and any trash with you when you depart.

Concierge Services
Contact the club office with any questions regarding your planning needs. We can assist with area information, beach umbrella service, grocery pre-stocking, spa services, and babysitting.  Coordination of dining reservations tee times and area special events.

Beach Sets
Beach sets, chairs and umbrellas, are availlable upon request; please contact with the Club Office for reservations and pricing details. Please check with the Sea Oats attendants at the Western Lawn access to receive your beach set. Beach sets are available from March 1st through November 31st. For additional rentals please check with the club office.

Bicycles
While in residence each owner will enjoy the use two adult bicycles and one child’s bicycle. Bikes are assigned to each residence and located in the garage; a floor plan identifying the location of the bicycles is included in this directory. Please use your bike lock key, located on the hook attached to the refrigerator, to access the bicycles at your convenience. Please park your bicycles in the designated spots either in the garage or the racks located in the front of the building.

Bicycles are an integral part of staying in the Rosemary Beach community and the Club is pleased to provide them for your use.  We do suggest that you secure your bikes when not in use as each owner is responsible for them at the end of the stay.

Children’s bicycle helmets will be available through the manager’s office on a first come first serve basis. In the event you require additional bicycle during your stay, please contact the Bamboo Beach & Bicycle Company, located in Rosemary Beach, at 850.231.0770 or the Club office for assistance.

Owner Storage Lockers
Each owner is entitled to one locker located in the parking area. Initial combinations can be retrieved from the manager during office hours. Please do not store items outside of the locker space.

Spa Treatment
Spa services are coordinated upon request through the club office.

Wagons
Available on first come, first serve. Please place in the corrals.

Roof Top Pool Area
Please enjoy the roof top pool area between the hours of 8am and 9pm. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by adults. Pool towels are provided. Please be considerate of fellow owners and remove all your items and any trash when you depart.
