Arrival
Check in begins after 4pm.
You are welcome to arrive early and begin enjoying the resort prior to check-in.
For arrivals after 5pm please be sure to contact the club office to receive your residence selection and necessary entry codes.
Bonus Time
Bonus time is available for owners only. Owners must be present during any bonus usage period. The current bonus time fee is $250, for nights added on to a primary stay there is a $50 nightly fee.

Computer
There is a computer in your residence and is connected to the internet for your use. Dedicated secure wireless networks are available in each residence.
Departure
Check out time is before 10am. For early departures please leave a message with the club office. Late check outs after 10am are subject to a $50 fee.
Outdoor Grills
Unfortunately, outdoor grilling is not allowed on the premises of the Rosemary Beach Private Residence Club.
Housekeeping
Departure cleanings for primary stays are included in your monthly assessment fee.
A midweek housekeeping service can be arranged in advance and it is subject to a $125.00 charge
Bonus time stays are subject to a $250 departure charge.
Additional cleanings are available for an extra charge and must be reserved in advance.
Keys
Please use your assigned key code for entry to your residence. Contact the Club office for the current access code to the front gate, lounge and garage elevator entry.
Maintenance Requests
We strive to maintain the residences in excellent condition. However, in the event of a maintenance issue, please coordinate repairs through the club office during regular hours. In the event of an after hours maintenance emergency, please contact Jay @ 850.960.3628.
Parking
Each owner receives one space in the underground parking area at the club. There is additional parking in front of the club adjacent to the Augustine green. Parking passes are available in the Club office
Quiet Hours
We ask that you respect the peaceful nature of the resort and observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
Rules and Regulations
Please check with the club office for questions regarding the rule and regulations of the club.
Smoking and Pets
Smoking and pets are prohibited.
Trash
For your convenience, a trash chute is located on the north side of the building on each floor.
Telephones
Unlimited local calls from the residence are available. Please utilize a calling card for long distance calls. You may dial 911 from your residence in the event of an emergency.
Voicemail
The telephones are equipped with voicemail; press the voicemail button on the telephone and follow the prompts to check messages and set your personalized greeting.
Wireless Internet Access
Each residence is equipped with a dedicated encrypted wireless network. Access codes are located in the Residence Compendiums
